摘要
社会组织在我国发展迅速,在提供公共服务、增进社会公平、化解社会矛盾、反映社会不同阶级诉求、推进社会和谐发展等方面发挥了重要作用。随着社会组织的快速发展,社会组织评估成为必然的选择。本文从评估指标体系和评估实践两大方面对社会组织评估机制进行分析与研究,提出现存社会组织评估指标体系及评估实践的现状、不足以及相应的创新性改良,其中包括第三方评估机制应实现评估主体的多元化、评估方法与程序要坚持分类评估与统一评估相结合,以及完善评估法律法规制度的问题。
The social organizations are developing fast in China, have played an important role in the provision of public services, the promotion of social justice, the elimination of social contradictions, reflecting the demands of different social classes, and promoting the harmonious development of society. With the rapid development of social organizations, social organization evaluation has become an inevitable choice. In this paper, the social organization evaluation mechanism is analyzed from the angle of evaluation index system and evaluation practices, such as the status quo, the weakpoint and the corresponding innovative improvements of the existing evaluation index system and evaluation practices, we put forward that the third-party evaluation mechanism should achieve a diversified evaluation body, adhere to a combination of classified and unified evaluation in the methods and procedures of evaluation, as well as perfect the laws, the regulations and the system of evaluation.
