基于FEA多边形高压直流输电导线芯设计

摘要 为了研究导线边数对多边形导线附近磁场分布的影响,运用有限元软件建模的方法对高压直流输电导线进行仿真,对比分析不同形状导线芯附近磁场分布情况,研究导体形状与导体附近磁场关系,分别分析了外径和内径方向磁场分布特性并研究了磁场最大点与导线外径的关系,各多边形直径方向磁场分布有相似的规律,从内向外磁场逐渐增加,到达边缘附近开始减小;边数越多,导体附近最大磁场数值越大,外径方向最大磁场点位于导体内部并逐渐趋于顶点,内径方向最大磁场点位于边缘中点;三边形导线边缘磁场强度明显比其他多边形要低。 In order to study on the edge number of the wire' effect on the distribution of the field around the polygon wire cores, this paper designed the HVDC wire core model through magnetic the finite element software, contracts the distribution of the magnetic field around the core and gets the relationship between the shapes and the magnetic field around the wires, analyze the characteristic of the magnetic field in the direction of interior diameter and external diameter, as well as the relationship of the maximum magnetic field and the external diameter, the distribution of the magnetic field around the polygon cores is similar, the magnetic increases from the inside to the edge, then it decrease; more edges, the maximum magnetic field stronger. The maximum magnetic field point in the external diameter direction locates inside the wire and tends to the vertex, while in the internal diameter direction. The maximum magnetic field point locates at the midpoint of the edge; the magnetic field around the triangle core edge is obviously weaker than other polygons.
