摘要
以云理论为基础,提出一种基于云推理的渔船安全状况评价方法.首先,确定评价指标体系及权重,然后,通过云生器获得各评价指标的评语云模型;建立If-then定性规则库,通过多条件云规则发生器进行云推理;最后,通过虚拟云算法得到基于云滴分布的综合评价结果.实验结果表明,该方法的评价结果直观、有效.
According to cloud theory , a fishing vessel safety e-valuation algorithm based on cloud inference was presented . Firstly, the index system and weight were determined .Sec-ondly, the remark cloud models were established by cloud generator. Thirdly, qualitative rules were established and cloud inferred by multi-conditions generator .Finally, the e-valuation result based droplets distribution was achieved by virtualized cloud algorithm .Experimental results show that the algorithm is effective and intuitive .
