摘要
异物压入缺陷一直是酸轧机组长期存在的典型缺陷,然而一直以来辊系剥落物被认为是主要的异物压入源,却忽略了除辊系剥落以外的其它因素;本文通过对多种异物压入的产生过程在实际生产中进行模拟与分析,结合宝钢某酸轧机组实际异物压入缺陷产生情况并从设备漏油、氧化铁粉、机架油泥以及漂洗槽槽底脏污、成分分析和扫描电镜观察微观结构等多角度出发,明确和完善了对异物压入产生源的认识,对消除酸轧机组异物压入缺陷有一定的指导意义。
Rolled-in foreign material defect is one of the most typical long-term defects, however, spalling of rolls has been mainly viewed as the source of Rolled-in foreign material defect. In this paper, formation of different kinds of Rolled-in foreign material is simulated starting from grease leaking, ferrous oxide powder, oil sludge in rolling stand and dirt in rinsing tank , according to the real formation in a CDCM in baosteel.
