摘要
宝钢一条酸轧机组,曾集中爆发大量的异物压入缺陷,严重制约机组的正常生产。分析了异物压入缺陷的形貌和元素构成,调查了系统中各关键部位的异物,由此推断造成异物压入缺陷产生的原因,在此基础上对系统进行了改进,使异物压入缺陷产生的概率得到大大的降低。
In the Baosteel PL-TCM, there existed defects of impressed extraneous matters in the past which seriously restrict normal production. In this paper, the appearance and composition of the elements of the impressed extraneous matters will be analysed and the extraneous matters in each key position be investigated so as to deduce the cause of the generation of the extraneous matters,on the basis of which to improve the system in order to reduce the probability of defects caused by the impressed extraneous matters.
