摘要
传统的教学组织模式与学科型课程相适应,工作过程系统课程模式需要"教学做一体化"教学组织模式与之相适应。实施"教学做一体化"教学组织模式,必须抓住这两个关键环节。一是在教学设计上真正明确"做"的目标和内容;二是在教学组织形式上利用好一体化教室等教学设施,实施小班分组教学,坚持先做后讲的教学程序。
The traditional teaching method is adaptable for the subject curriculum, while the working process integration teach-ing needs to be in conformity with the work shadowing mode. The implementation of work shadowing mode must grasp the two key links. One is, in the teaching design, to really clear“target and content”;two is, in the form of teaching organization, to use the integrated classrooms and other teaching facilities, implementing small class and grouping teaching, insisting on the teaching pro-gram of teaching after practice.
