摘要
学术性是大学的本质属性。大学从组织形态上看是以学科专业为基础的学术组织。大学要实现管理创新,就必须遵循学术组织的管理规律,实行教授治学、民主管理,营造学术自由氛围,提升学术水平和人才培养质量。
Academia is the essential attribute of university. From the organizational form the university is the academic organization based on disciplines. To achieve management innovation,the laws of academic organizations management should be followed,and the professor scholarship,democratic management should be implemented;the atmosphere of academic freedom should be created,and academic standards and the quality of personnel training should be promoted.
