摘要
目的探讨老年人口腔念珠菌口炎的发病原因,提高该病治疗效果。方法自2011年10月至2013年10月对我科接诊的205例60岁以上白色念珠菌口炎的患者进行分组,有全身疾病组(A组:n=117)和无全身疾病组(B组:n=88),跟踪随访,分析发病的综合因素和治疗效果。结果局部发病因素主要是佩戴可摘义齿,全身因素主要有糖尿病、长期应用抗生素和激素、免疫性疾病、慢性溃疡性胃炎等;临床治疗效果B组治愈率明显高于A组,B组复发率明显低于A组。结论老年人口腔念珠菌口炎的发病原因复杂多样,伴有全身疾病者治疗后易复发,局部治疗和全身治疗相结合效果较好。
Objective To explore the etiology and improve the treatment of the elderly with candidal stomatitis.Methods 205 patients with candidal stomatitis and only the over-60 sreceived from oct.2011 to oct.2013 of stomatology department were randomly divided into two groups：Systemic disease group（Group A：n =117）and Local disease group（Group B：n=88）.The etiology and treatment effect were summaried and analyzed after the study of examination and treatment,following up.The clinical results were compared between the two groups.Results Local disease include the patients with removable dentures,Systemic disease include the patients with diabetes,using antibiotics and hormones with a long time,and Chronic ulcer gastritis,etc.Two groups,the levels of cure rate in Group B was higher than that in Group A,the levels of recurrence rate in Group B was obviously lower than in Group A.Conclusion The causes of the elderly with candidal stomatitis were complex and multiplicity.The candidal stomatitis in patients with Systemic diseases were easily relapse after treatment.Its better to cure the elderly combined Local with systemic therapys.
