摘要
目的评价二氧化氯(SCD)对染菌口腔石膏模型消毒效果。方法采用不同浓度的SCD浸泡消毒人工染菌的石膏模型,观察其消毒效果。结果 SCD对于表皮葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌芽孢的最佳消毒浓度为500mg/L,最佳消毒时间为10min;SCD750mg/L、250mg/L浸泡5min对于白色念珠菌平均杀灭率均达100%,但500mg/L浸泡5min的平均杀灭率仅为88.98%。结论 SCD浸泡消毒法为有效的快速的石膏模型消毒方法 。
Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of stable chlorine dioxide(SCD) disinfectant on dental gypsum casts contaminated with bacteria.Methods The dental gypsum casts of the artificial contamination were immersed in different concentrations of SCD disinfectant solution and disinfection effects were evaluated.Results The best disinfectant concentration of SCD for staphylococcus bacteria and Bacillus subtilis was 500 mg/L with 10 min immersion.The average inactivating rate of Blastomyces albicans was 100% when immersed in SCD 250 mg/L or 750 mg/L for 5 min,which was only 88.98% when immersed in SCD 500 mg/L for 5 min.Conclusion SCD immersion is effective and quick for gypsum casts disinfection.
