荧光原位杂交技术在尿路上皮肿瘤中的临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 尿路上皮癌是我国常见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,发生在肾盂、输尿管、膀胱等尿路上皮覆盖部位,以膀胱癌最为多见,最常表现的临床症状为无痛性肉眼血尿。尿脱落细胞学检查为泌尿系肿瘤的传统检查方法之一,荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)是近年来新兴的细胞分子学技术,可以从基因层面检查出肿瘤病变,本研究通过比较血尿患者的尿液FISH检查与尿脱落细胞学检查诊断尿路上皮癌的特异性和敏感性,探讨其在血尿患者尿路上皮癌筛查研究中的临床价值。
