芝麻香油掺假显色检测方法研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 论述了威勒迈志显色法、波多因显色法、氯仿浓硫酸显色法,以及三氟乙酸显色法、三氯乙酸显色法、415nm和520nm双波长检测方法、SA显色剂显色法等改进或自制显色法的原理及其在芝麻香油掺假检测中的应用,对比分析了这些检测方法的优缺点得出,提高显色稳定性,增加掺假检测的准确性、实用性、可靠性是今后研究的重点;开发芝麻香油掺假显色检测试纸条或试剂盒等快速、简便的芝麻油掺假检测方法是芝麻香油掺假显色检测方法获得突破的必由之路。 This paper discussed the application of different analytical methods to detect the adulteration in sesame oil,such as Villavecchia Color-displaying Method,Boudouin Color-displaying Method,Chloroform and Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Color-displaying Method,SA color-displaying Method and other modified self-made color-displaying methods,compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these detection methods. Then we analyzed the development direction of oil adulteration chromogenic assay,and proposed the development of sesame oil adulterated chromogenic detection strip or rapid detection kit and other fast and simple detection methods were the only way of sesame oil adulteration chromogenic detection to get a breakthrough.
