COX-2和突变型p53在人胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和突变型p53在胶质细胞瘤发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测65例胶质细胞瘤标本(胶质瘤组)和7例正常脑组织(对照组)中COX-2和突变型p53的阳性表达率,分析其与肿瘤级别的关系及COX-2与突变型p53表达的相关性。结果胶质瘤组中COX-2和突变型p53的阳性表达率分别为72.3%和55.4%,胶质瘤组表达水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05。且随着肿瘤级别的升高而增高。相关性分析显示COX-2和突变型p53在胶质细胞瘤中表达无显著相关性。结论 COX-2和突变型p53可能与脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关;在此过程中二者作用不同。
