摘要
应用CFD软件SolidWorks FlowSimulation对等离子割炬电极冷却水道流场进行解析,分析冷却水流速矢量云图和冷却水流速轨迹曲线图。针对前内壁面流速低和流速不均匀等问题进行了结构改进。研究表明,改进的结构能很好地提高前内壁面的冷却水流速,改善冷却水流速的均匀程度,有利于电极的冷却并提高其使用寿命。
The flow field of cooling channel of plasma cutting gun nozzle electrode was numerically simulated based on SolidWorks FlowSimulation. velocity distribution and Path curve was analyzed, and the structure was improved according to the problem of low and uneven flow rate on front inner wall . The result showed that the improved structure can improve the flow rate on front inner wall.
