摘要 齿轮副的安装误差会改变齿轮副的啮合状态。对于零载荷传动时的齿轮副,不考虑其制造误差,由于安装误差的存在,当一侧端面两轮齿渐开线齿廓啮合时,同一啮合齿对另一侧端面两渐开线齿廓并不一定啮合。将不啮合一侧端面两轮齿齿廓在啮合线上的两点的距离称为接触线偏差。以接触线偏差作为安装误差对齿轮副齿向接触均匀程度的影响的评判指标,对安装误差进行了分析,得到了误差与接触线偏差的关系式以及各类安装误差对齿轮副齿向接触的影响程度,并利用有限元仿真对存在安装误差的齿轮副做了接触分析及验证。 Alignment error of gear pair changes its meshing condition. While the two involute tooth profiles of gear pair without machining error which transmits no load just touch on one side, there is a gap between the two involute tooth profiles on the other side possibly because of its alignment error. The length of involute tooth profiles of two gears along meshing line on this side is named contact line deviation. Taking contact line deviation as influence evaluation index of alignment error on evenness of longitudinal contact, analysis of alignment error is conducted. The relationship between alignment error and contact line deviation is lbtained and the influence degree of alignment error on longitudinal contact of gear pair is gained. Also contact analysis of gear pair with alignment error is carried out with finite element simulation.
