摘要
高校辅导员肩负着大学生职业规划和就业观教育的重任。文章分析了辅导员在就业指导工作中的现状和问题,并对其原因进行了归纳,提出了辅导员视角下做好大学生职业生涯规划的建议。
College Counselors shoulder the heavy responsibility of college students＇ occupation planning and employment education. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of counselors in employment guidance and summarizes the reasons,proposes the suggestion to complete the university students＇ occupation career planning from the perspective of instructors.
