摘要
高校社会实践体系与大学生就业竞争力存在着密不可分的联系,社会实践活动是高等教育的重要组成部分,是提升大学生就业竞争力的重要途径。基于大学生就业竞争力构成要素,试从三个层面有针对性地分析社会实践在就业竞争力中的核心作用,然后对高校社会实践体系结构及其缺陷进行了实证探究,并从四个角度提出了高校社会实践体系的完善措施。
The system of social practice and employment competitiveness of college students are closely connected. Social practice plays an important role in higher education and is an important way to improve university graduates＇ competitiveness in employment. Based on the university graduates＇ employment competitiveness,this paper analyzes the core of the social practice in employment competitiveness from three aspects,and then makes an empirical analysis of he structure and defects of social practice system and put forward some to improve the social practice system in colleges.
