摘要
目的在大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)模型造模中,摸索选择微创且重复性好的颈内动脉穿刺线栓长度。方法行颈内动脉穿刺时,将大鼠线栓长度随机分为≤17 mm组、18-20 mm组、20-22 mm组、22-24 mm组和≥24 mm组。在SAH后24 h,通过Garcia神经功能评分、死亡率及出血严重程度等指标判定SAH模型的成功率。结果线栓长度在20-22 mm时,SAH动物成功率最高。结论线栓长度在20-22 mm时,大鼠SAH模型稳定可靠,重复性好,适合进行临床前循环动脉瘤性SAH后早期脑损伤的病理生理研究。
Objective To establish a minimally- invasive and repetitive subarachnoid hemorrhage( SAH) rat model through exploring the filament length. Methods The rats were divided into following groups based on the filament length: ≤17 mm group( n = 10),18- 19 mm group( n = 10),20- 22 mm group( n = 10),22- 24 mm group( n =10),and ≥24 mm group( n =10). After SAH,neurological scoring,mortality,gross specimens and bleeding severity were evaluated. Results Animal models of SAH were established by endovascular puncture. In the filament of 20- 22 mm,the mortality was lower and the model success rates were better than those of other groups. Conclusion SAH model established with 20- 22 mm filament is stable and reliable,with high repeatability,suitable for studying the early brain injury in clinical anterior circulation aneurysm SAH.
