摘要
目的：建立复方杜仲胶囊中添加硝苯地平的定性及定量检测方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法对添加硝苯地平的复方杜仲胶囊进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定硝苯地平的含量：色谱柱C18柱,流动相甲醇-水（62：38）,检测波长为333nm。结果：复方杜仲胶囊中添加了硝苯地平;硝苯地平在10-209μg/m浓度范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系（r=0.99999）;平均回收率为98.67%,RSD为（n=6）。结论：本方法简单易行,灵敏可靠,可以作为检查复方杜仲胶囊中添加化学药品硝苯地平的参考方法。
Objective： To establish qualitative and quantitative detection method of Fufangduzhong Capsule illegally added nife- dipine. Methods： Fufangduzhong add nifedipine capsules were identified according to thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography; using high-performance liquid chromatographic determination of nifedipine content： column was C18, mobile phase was methanolwater （62：38）, the detection wavelength was 333 nm. Results： Fufangduzhong Capsule illegally added nifedipine; nifedipine detectable concentration and the peak area values showed a good linear relationship in the range between 10-209 μ g/m （r = 0.99999）; average recovery was 98.67%, RSD （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and reliable and can be used as a reference method to check Compound Eucommia Capsulill egally added nifedipine.
