摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC法）测定硝苯地平片中硝苯地平含量的方法,为开展血中药物浓度测定及临床合理用药提供依据。[方法]以甲醇-水（3∶2）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长235 nm。[结果]硝苯地平浓度在6.132～14.308μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好。相关系数r为0.9999,平均相对回收率为99.98%,日内RSD为0.70%;日间RSD为1.25%。[结论]本法适用于硝苯地平片含量的测定。
[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Nifedipine in the tablets.[Methods] For the detection,the mobile phase was methanol-water（3∶2）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the wavelength of HPLC and UV detection was 235 nm and 333 nm.[Results] The linearity was obtained in the rang of 6.132～14.308 μg·mL^-1 of Nifedipine（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.98%,the relative standard deviation of inter-day and intra-day was 0.70% and 1.25%,respectively.[Conclusion] The established HPLC method can be applied for the determination of content of Nifedipine in the tablets,which are helpful for clinical medication.
