摘要
临床护理专家(CNS)对护理学科尤其是护理专业化的发展有着举足轻重的作用;CNS承担着多种角色,其中咨询者角色虽不是最基本、最重要的角色,但可理解为一个基本和综合性的角色。探讨对咨询者角色的认识,介绍其研究、实践及发展中存在的问题,以此对CNS认证提出相关建议,对咨询者角色职能发挥作出展望。
Clinical nurse specialist （CNS）played an important role in the development of nursing science,particularly in nursing specializa-tion development.CNS assumed a variety of roles.Among them, though the role of consultants was not the most basic and important role,it could be considered as a fundamental and comprehensive role.It probe into the cognition on the role of consultants,introduced the ex-isting problems in study,practice and development of role of consult-ants,so as to put forward related suggestions for certification of CNS and to make an outlook for the consultant role functioning.
