摘要
探讨了我国护理会诊在提高危重病人的护理质量,增强解决问题的时效性;减少护理并发症的发生,杜绝护理缺陷;提高护士的专业知识和技能,促进护理学科的发展;提高护理管理者的管理能力;提高护理工作价值,提升护士社会地位5个方面临床应用价值和学术价值。从应用范围、会诊人员入选标准及会诊程序3方面阐述了我国护理会诊的现状,并提出了加强对护理会诊的认识、提高会诊人员专业能力、完善会诊管理制度以提高我国护理会诊质量的建议。
This paper summarized the clinical and academic value of nursing consultation, such as improving professional knowledge and technique of nurses, enhancing management abilities of nursing managers,promoting the development of nursing science, decreasing the occurrence of nursing complication, eliminating care deficiencies, increasing the value of nursing work and the social status of nurses. It elaborated the status of nursing consultation in China from three aspects of application scopes, selection criteria of consultation patients, and consultation procedure. Eventually it put forward some suggestions, including strengthening the consciousness to nursing consultation, improving the professional ability of consultants, and perfecting the management system of nursing consultation, to improve the quality of nursing consultation.
