摘要
通过STAR-CCM+软件对某重型车前挡风玻璃进行了除霜分析,以求出挡风玻璃附近气流的速度、车内流场的分布以及不同时间节点的霜层厚度,结果显示该车的除霜效果达不到设计要求,需对其除霜出风口进行优化设计。随后,对优化后的结构再次进行除霜分析计算,结果表明,优化除霜出风口后的除霜效果能很好地满足国家相关标准要求,分析方法及结果能够为重型车的空调除霜系统设计提供理论依据。
