摘要
基于安全性的考虑,商用车前风窗和侧窗的除霜性能模拟越来越重要,为满足法规对商用车前风窗玻璃和侧窗玻璃的除霜要求,缩短开发时间和降低成本,运用Fluent软件,采用K-ε数学模型对商用车某车型进行流场分析,对暖风风管进行结构改进,以优化流场,并对最终方案的前风窗玻璃和侧窗玻璃的除霜过程进行模拟。
In order to meet the de-ice demand of commercial vehicle’s windshield and side glass while shortening the development time and reducing the cost of the vehicle,simulation of de-icing of the vehicle is becoming very important.Basing on K-εmodel,analysis one commercial vehicle,and then modify the duct to optimize the flow,at the end simulate the windshield and side glass de-icing process.
