摘要
凝胶聚合物电解质是解决商业化锂离子电池安全性问题的一条有效途径。聚合物聚丙烯腈(PAN)耐热性高且电化学稳定性好,是一种有发展潜力的凝胶聚合物电解质骨架组分。本文首先指出了PAN为基体的凝胶聚合物电解质主要存在的问题;接着综述了几种当前存在的基于PAN基的凝胶聚合物改性的制备方法,包括聚合物基质改性法、无机纳米粒子复合改性法、离子液体改性法和制膜工艺改性法等,并对PAN基凝胶聚合物电解质的可持续性发展进行了展望。
Gel polymer electrolyte is an efficient way to solve the safety problems facing in com-mercial lithium ion batteries.Polyacrylonitrile (PAN)polymer has good thermal stability and electrochemical stability,thus it’s a potential component of the matrix for gel polymer electrolyte (GPE).Firstly,the main problems that inhibit the further development of PAN-based GPE are pointed out,and then some existing recent research progresses on the modified preparation meth-ods of PAN-based gel polymer are reviewed,including modified gel polymer matrixes method, composited inorganic nano-fillers improved method,modified ionic liquid method and membrane preparation method.The prospects of the sustainable development trend for GPE are also dis-cussed in this paper.
