羽毛蛋白接枝丙烯酸高吸水性树脂的合成工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 以改性羽毛蛋白和丙烯酸为主要原料,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备了羽毛蛋白接枝聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂[P(MFP-g-AA)],并对影响树脂吸水倍率及单体转化率的各种因素进行了考察。结果表明,制备P(MFP-g-AA)的适宜条件是:WMFP∶WAA=10%、W交联剂∶WAA=0.12%、W引发剂∶WAA=0.6%、丙烯酸中和度90%、反应温度60℃、反应时间2h。 Modified feather protein grafted sodium polyacrylate superabsorbents[P(MFP-g-AA)] were synthesized by polymerization of modified feather protein and acrylic acid in water when N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) was used as crosslinker and K2S2O8-NaHSO3 as initiator. The influence factor of the absorbency and monomer conversion rate were investigated. It showed that the preferable synthesis condition for P (MFP-g-AA) was as follows: WMMFP : WAA = 10%, Wcrosslinker : WAA=0. 12%, Winitiator : WAA=0. 6%, neutralization degree of the acrylic acid was 90%, the reaction temperature was 60℃ and the reaction time was 2h.
