摘要
介绍了陕化集团氮肥和磷复肥装置的生产运行情况,分析了大型燃煤锅炉烟气氨法脱硫装置副产的硫酸铵溶液用以调整磷复肥(包括磷酸二铵、磷酸一铵、复混肥)产品质量的可行性,提出了相应的试验方案、技改方案、工艺指标调整、操作要点和注意事项等,并对调试效果进行了预评价。
The operation conditions of the nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate compound fertilizer plants of Shanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,are outlined,the feasibility to adjust the quality of phosphate compound fertilizers( including DAP,MAP,compound fertilizer) with ammonium sulfate solution which is a by-product from the ammonia process desulfurization unit of large coal-fired boiler flue gas is analyzed,related testing methods,revamp schemes,process figures adjustment,operating highlights and precautions,etc.,are proposed,and pre-assessment of the testing results is made.
