摘要
研究了添加剂对氧化钙在煤燃烧过程中固硫性能的影响。讨论了燃煤硫的含量、温度、钙硫比、添加草酸铈和草酸镧对氧化钙固硫性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着煤中硫含量的增加,氧化钙的固硫率增大;氧化钙的固硫率在最佳固硫温度以下随温度升高而增大,超过最佳固硫温度则随温度升高而下降;氧化钙的最佳固硫温度约900℃;钙硫比大于1:1时固硫效果比较好,最大固硫率可达约72%;草酸铈和草酸镧的添加,更有效地提高了氧化钙的利用率,可提高氧化钙的固硫率约10%,且使固硫温度提高约100℃。
The effects of the additive on the desulfuring properties of CaO were studied in the course of the coal buring. Effects of the sulfur content of coal, temperature, Ca/S and adding amount of Ce2(C204)3·9H20 and La2(C2O4)3· 9H2O on the desulfuring properties of CaO were discussed. The experimental results Showed that the desulfuring ratio of CaO increased with increasing of sulfur content of coal. The desulfuring ratio of CaO increased with increasing of the temperature if the temperature was less than the best desulfuring temperature, otherwise it decreased with increasing of the temperature, the best desulfuring temperature was 900 ℃. The CaO had higher desulfuring ratio when Cat'S was more than1 : 1, The Best desulfuring ratio of CaO was 72 % when the temperature was 900 ℃ and Ca/S was 1:1. Ce2(C2O4)3·9H2O and La2(C2O4)3·9H2O additive can increase the desulfuring ratio of CaO about 10 % and increase the desulfuring temperature of CaO about 100 ℃.
