微囊泡与急性冠脉综合征关系的研究进展

摘要 微囊泡是机体各种细胞在正常或病理状态下释放的具有膜结构的小囊泡。微囊泡可通过多种途径激活凝血和炎症反应,并影响血管内皮细胞功能。而近年来研究表明,凝血及炎症反应和血管内皮的损伤在急性冠脉综合征的发生、发展过程中发挥了重要作用。目前的多项临床研究结果提示微囊泡与急性冠脉综合征的发生、发展密切相关,并且血浆微囊泡水平可能成为监测急性冠脉综合征临床干预效果的有效指标。
