维、汉急性冠脉综合征患者内皮细胞微粒表达与血脂的关系 被引量:2

Study on the relationship between expression level of endothelial cells micro-particles and blood lipid particles in Uyghur and Han patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的观察维吾尔族(维族)、汉族急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血液中内皮细胞微粒水平及其与血脂的关系,为ACS发生机制提供理论依据。方法选取2012年1月—2013年8月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院心内科住院的ACS患者100例(维、汉族各50例)作为病例组,选取健康体检者100例(维、汉族各50例)作为对照组,采集血样,用流式细胞仪检测内皮细胞微粒(EMPs)的含量,使用全自动生化分析仪检测血浆中血脂相关指标的含量。结果维、汉族病例组血液中内皮细胞微粒水平高于对照组(P<0.05);但2个民族病例组和2个民族对照组间内皮细胞微粒的含量差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);多重线性回归显示内皮细胞微粒的水平与血脂相关指标存在明显相关(P<0.05),血脂相关指标对内皮细胞微粒的解释度为86.70%;路径分析显示,内皮细胞微粒主要受高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响(P<0.05)。结论 ACS血液中EMPs水平明显增高,而且HDL-C含量与EMPs水平之间呈负相关,急性冠脉综合征发病过程可能与血液中内皮细胞微粒水平增高相关,而且高密度脂蛋白胆固醇可能影响了内皮细胞微粒表达水平的变化。 Objective To observe the difference between the Uygur,Han acute coronary syndrome (ACS) endothelial cell expression of particles,and the relationship with blood lipid,provide the theoretical basis for the ACS.Methods From January 2012 year to August 2013 year in Cardiology sector of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region people′s Hospital 100 ACS patients (50 cases in each ethnic)as the case group,100 healthy subjects (50 cases in each ethnic)control group,flow cytometry were used to detect endothelial micro-particles level,using automatic biochemical analyzer blood related indexes of blood lipid content.Results The case group was higher than the control group in endothelial cell micro-particles level (P 〈0.05);But as the EMPs no statistic significance proved between the two ACS groups or the two control groups (P 〉0.05);the expression level and blood lipid indexes related to endothelial micro-particles by multiple linear regression (P 〈0.05),blood lipid and other related indicators of endo-thelial micro-particles explanation degree is 86.70%;path analysis showed,endothelial micro-particles is mainly affected by the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (P〈0.05).Conclusion EMPs in blood of pa-tients with ACS particulate level is significantly higher and HDL-C levels and EMPs negative correlation between particle levels,arguing that pathogenesis of the Acute coronary syndrome can be associated with EMPs in the blood,and HDL-C may affect changes EMPs in expression levels of particles.
