摘要
目的:建立黄芩茎叶中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(53:47:0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为280nm,柱温为25℃,对黄芩茎叶的黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果:黄芩苷在0.17g^0.85g范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系。黄芩苷的平均回收率为100.14%,RSD为1.59%(n=6)。结论:黄芩茎叶中黄芩苷含量达到1.7%,其他成分含量待进一步研究开发。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Baicalin in the aerial part of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods: The test was performed by high performance liquid chromatography method on Hypersil ODS C 18 ( 250 x 4.6mm, 5 μm) column using methanol water phosphoric acid ( 53 : 47 : O. 2 ) as mobile phase with a flow rate 1.0 ml· min - 1. The detection wavelength is 280nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results: The range of Baicalin was 0.17μg -0. 85μg and the linear relation between it and peak area was good. The recovery was 100.14% and RSD was 1.59% (n = 6). Conclusion: The content of Baicalin in the aerial part of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was over 1.7% and others remains to be determined.
