摘要
目的探讨牛黄消炎灵胶囊的黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Alltech C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(43∶56∶1),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为276nm。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在20.01～100.05μg/mL范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.25%,RSD为0.92%(n=6)。结论HPLC法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于牛黄消炎灵胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the analytical method on baicalin determination in Niuhuangxiaoyanling Capsules. Methods The HPLC method was used. Alhech C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）was adoped. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （43：56： 1）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength was 276 nm. Results In the range of 20.01- 100.05 μg/mL, baicalin had a good linearity（r=0. 9999）. The average recovery rate was 101.25% and RSD was 0.92% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable with good reproduciblility. It can be used to control the quality of Niwhuang xiao yan ling Capsules.
