摘要
以秦巴山区黑木耳主要栽培菌株为材料,采用不同紫外照射时间和温度梯度筛选高温黑木耳品种。结果表明,黑木耳原生质体紫外诱变的最佳时间为120-180 s,再生菌落的致死率为64%-82%,通过40℃高温初步筛选得到适合秦巴山区栽培的黑木耳菌株YBZ4。
With the Auricularia auricula strains cultivated in Qinling-Bashan Mountain Areas,excellent strains are expected to be found out by ultraviolet mutagenesis method.Different ultraviolet radiating time and temperature gradients are adopted to select the excellent high temperature resistant Auricularia auricula strains.The best time for ultraviolet mutagenesis is 120 - 180 s,and the preliminary Auricularia auricula strains suitable to Qinling-Bashan Mountain Areas can be sorted out from the whole samples.The high temperature resistant Auricularia auricula strain which is suitable to Qinling-Bashan Mountain Areas is YBZ4.
