摘要
为了快速、准确地完成小尺寸LCD显示器视角及亮度、色度的均匀性测试,提出了一种包括图像信号发生器、色彩亮度计和测试台的小尺寸显示器自动测试设备,并通过对已知样本数据的测试,实现了对小尺寸LCD显示器的合格检验良好预期效果。
In order to quickly,accurately complete the uniformity test of small size LCD display view angle and brightness,chroma,the automatic test equipment for small size display which includes an image signal generator,color luminance meter and test rig is proposed.And by comparing with the known sample data,the small size LCD display qualified test good anticipated effect.
