摘要
该文针对全彩LED显示屏的亮度均匀性,提出了一种新的检测方法。该方法利用CCD传感器采集LED显示屏RGB三色及白场画面并对采集的图像进行处理,确定图像中LED像素点的位置,统计分析各LED像素点的亮度值,记录亮度偏差较大的像素点。实验证明该方法检测速度快,精度高,可有效提高LED显示屏的显示质量。
This paper proposes a method to detect the brightness uniformity for LED display screen. The CCD sensor is used to grab the RGB and white frame of display screen. Then preprocess the grabbed image to determine the location of LED pixels. At last analyze the calculate result and record the LED pixels with the large deviation value of brightness. The experiments demonstrate that the detection method is fast and precision and can greatly improves the display quality.
