摘要
随着幼儿教育的发展,幼儿教师素质和教学技能的提高越来越受到国家相关部门和教育机构的重视。在幼儿教师培训的过程中,出现了培训目标定位不准、培训内容针对性差、培训形式单一、工学矛盾等问题,需要通过了解幼儿教师的实际需求,开展合理有效的培训,切实提高他们的专业素质水平。
With the development of childhood education,the kindergarten teachers' qualities and teaching skills are receiving more and more attention by state department and education institutions.In the process of training kindergarten teachers,emerged the improper positioning of training objectives,the lack of specific in training content,the single of training forms,the contradiction of work and study.It needs to understand the actual needs of kindergarten teachers and carry out effective training,that can effectively improve their professional quality level.
