摘要
目的探讨噪声和高温联合作用对作业人群神经行为功能的早期影响。方法采用WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(NCTB)对噪声高温组50人、噪声组52人、对照组54人进行神经行为功能测试。结果噪声高温组、噪声组的听力与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。神经行为功能测试方面,情感状态特征(有力-好动、紧张-焦虑)、数字译码、视觉保留、目标追踪(正确打点数、总打点数)、数字广度测试、简单反应时,噪声高温组、噪声组分别与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。噪声高温组与噪声组比较,抑郁-沮丧、有力-好动、疲劳-惰性及目标追踪(正确打点数、总打点数)得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噪声暴露人群的神经行为功能改变早于听力的改变,噪声或噪声高温协同作用对部分神经行为功能有显著影响,噪声高温组与噪声组比较在情感状况以及行为功能的某些项目可能产生减弱作用。
Objective To discuss the early influence on neurobehavioral function of workers exposed to the combinational action of noise and heat. Methods Workers exposed to both noise and heat(n=50),that exposed to noise (n=52)and those in control group (n=54)took the neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB)recommended by WHO . Results There is statistics difference (P〈0.01) in hearing when compared noise-heat-exposed group or noise-exposed group with control group. About the NCTB including profile of mood state(strong-active、tension-anxiety),digit symbol, visual retention, pursuit aiming (the correct and the total dotting numbers),digit span,simple reaction time,the result demonstrates statistics difference (P〈0.01orP〈0.05)when compared noise-heat exposed group or noise-exposed group with control group. Compared noise-heat group with noise-exposed group, the scores of depressed-dispirited、strong-active、tired-sluggishness and pursuit aiming (the correct and the total dotting numbers) exist statistical differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion The neurobehavioral function of workers long-term exposed in noise are distinctly influenced before hearing appears abnormally. The effects of Noise and noise-heat are both significantly to some functions of neuro-behavior. A few certain items of both POMS and behavior functions could be weaken in noise-heat group when compared with noise-exposed group.
