摘要
目的了解杭州市江干区印刷企业职业卫生现状。方法收集2010年中国疾病预防控制信息系统网络直报职业病危害因素检测数据和有毒有害工人健康监护数据,对江干区印刷企业职业卫生现状进行调查分析。结果职业病危害因素作业点检测合格率较低的依次为噪声(70.5%)、苯系化合物(苯98.5%、甲苯98.5%、二甲苯100.00%);劳动者职业健康漏检率较高的依次为汽油(22.5%)、噪声(20.0%)、苯系化合物(17.1%);体检异常率较高的依次为噪声(13.2%)、苯系化合物(8.1%);职业卫生培训率较低的依次为噪声(60.1%)、苯系化合物(72.9%)。结论该区印刷企业主要职业病危害为噪声、苯系化合物,应加强对该类企业的职业卫生监督监测,加强职业卫生宣传教育和培训,做好作业人员接触噪声、苯系化合物的防护工作。
[Objective] To understand the occupational health status of printing enterprises in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City. [Methods]Data of occupational hazards monitoring and health surveillance of workers exposed to the poisonous material were collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention(CISDCP) for investigation of occupational health status of printing enterprises in Jianggan District. [Results]The qualified rates of the samples in ascending order were: noise(70.5%),benzene(98.5%),toluene(98.5%),xylene(100.0%).The missing rate of gasoline,noise and benzene compounds were 22.5%,20.0% and 17.1%,respectively which were higher in occupational health examination.The abnormal detection rates of noise and benzene compounds were 13.2% and 8.1% which were also higher in examination.The training rates of occupational related knowledge were 60.1% of noise,and 72.9% of benzene compounds which were lower in training. [Conclusion]The primary occupational hazards in printing enterprises are noise and benzene compounds.The key of occupational health management is strengthening hazard control and occupational health surveillance in this industry.Meanwhile,it is necessary to intensify occupational education and training in order to protect workers from noise and benzene compounds.
