摘要
目的:探讨医患互动关系对医务人员工作满意度和离职意愿的影响。方法:采用横断面问卷调查法收集数据,采用阶层线性回归模型进行数据处理。结果:支持性互动关系与工作满意度(β=0.276,P<0.01)具有显著的正向相关性,但与离职意愿不具有显著相关性(β=-0.035,P>0.05);抑制性互动关系与工作满意度(β=0.276,P<0.01)具有显著的负向相关性,与离职意愿(β=0.199,P<0.01)具有显著的正向相关性。结论:医患互动关系会影响医务人员的工作满意度和离职意愿,构建和谐的医患互动关系不仅有利于医疗环境的改善,也有利于提升医务人员的工作态度。
Objective: To explore the influence of perception of quality of doctor - patient interaction on job satisfaction and turnover inten- tion of medical staff. Methods: Cross - sectional questionnaire was used to collect data, using hierarchical linear regression model for data pro- cessing. Results: Supportive relationship quality and job satisfaction (β = 0.276, P 〈 0.01 ) has significant positive correlation, but with the turnover intention is not significant correlation. Inhibitory interaction quality and job satisfaction (β = 0.276, P 〈 0.01 ) has significant negative correlation, and quit intention (fl = 0. 199 ,P 〈 0.01 ) has significant positive correlation. Conclusion: Quality of doctor - patient interaction af- fects job satisfaction and turnover intention of medical staff, to build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship not only is helpful to the improve- ment of medical environment, but also will be beneficial to improve medical staff's positive work attitude.
