摘要
目的探讨公立医院中医方视角下的医患互动关系对医护人员工作投入的影响。方法采用横断面的问卷调查法收集数据,采用阶层线性回归模型进行数据处理。结果 (1)医患互动关系中的支持性互动关系得分均值为(3.984±0.892)分,抑制性互动关系得分均值为(3.142±0.883)分,活力得分均值为(2.752±1.369)分,奉献得分均值为(1.944±1.403)分,专注得分均值为(3.858±1.347)分;(2)支持性互动关系与工作投入呈显著的正向相关(β=0.406,P<0.01),抑制性互动关系与工作投入无显著相关性(β=-0.049,P>0.01)。结论支持性医患互动关系能显著提升医护人员的工作投入感,相反,抑制性医患互动关系成为医护人员的重要压力源,医护人员感知到的医患之间互动关系质量可以影响医护人员自身及工作结果。
Objective To explore the influence of perception of quality of doctor-patient interaction on work engagement of medical staff in the public hospital.Method Cross-sectional questionnaire was used to collect data,through using hierarchical linear regression model for data processing.Result The supportive interaction relationship quality average score is(3.984±0.892),the inhibitory interaction quality average score is(3.142±0.883),inhibitory interaction quality average score is(3.142 ±0.883),vigor average score is(2.752 ±1.369),dedication average score is(1.944 ±1.403),and absorption average score is(3.858 ±1.347).Supportive relationship quality and work engagement(β =0.406,P〈 0.01)have significant positive correlation,and inhibitory interaction quality and work engagement don't have significant correlation(β=-0.049,P〉0.01).Conclusion Supporting doctor-patient interaction can significantly improve the medical staff's sense of work engagement;on the contrary,inhibitory doctor-patient interaction is one of the important stress sources.Medical staff perceiving the quality of doctor-patient relationship can affect medical staff themselves and work results.
