摘要
基于国内外滑坡防治现状,对滑坡防护区进行"重点"与"非重点"的划分,并对我国滑坡灾害实例进行统计分析,结果表明,我国当前"非重点"防护区滑坡灾情严重,亟待引起国家、地方政府及社会各界人士的高度重视。"非重点"防护区滑坡的防治应以精确勘测为基础,以非工程性措施为主辅以简单有效的工程性措施,其中非工程性措施的群测群防监测预报预警是此类滑坡防护区能否取得良好成效的关键。
Landslide zones are divided the protection subzone as emphasis area and non-key protection subzone based on the research on landslide control. The study shows that the landslide disaster in the non-key protection zone is very serious. Measures of landslide control in the non-key protection zone should be taken based on the precise investigation.
