摘要
人才建设是市县基层公共图书馆事业发展的基础,而人才培训工作则是人才队伍建设的重要环节。本文以期通过对陕西公共图书馆服务联盟成立前后人才培养工作的情况剖析,试图探寻一种符合本省实际的、科学可持续的人才培养模式。
Talent construction is the foundation of developing the basic-level public libraries, and the personnel training is an important part of the talent team construction. Based on the analysis of talent cultivation and personnel training of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia before and after its establishment, the author attempts to explore a personnel training model which is adaptable to local conditions, scientific and sustainable.
