摘要
文章通过介绍信息时代复合型人才与图书馆事业发展的紧密联系,着重分析了当前县级图书馆人才资源匮乏的严峻性和培养复合型人才的紧迫性,从而提出加强县级图书馆复合型人才培养和队伍建设应采取的措施。
This article introduces that compound talents are critical to the survival and development of the library in the information age. It mainly analyses the serious shortage of compound talents ia county libraries and the urgency of training compound talents. Then, some measures of strengthening the training of compound talents and team building are proposed.
