摘要
目的:研究空气喷砂对不同材料冠修复(镍铬烤瓷和钴铬合金)表面粗糙度的影响。方法:对12颗镍铬烤瓷和12颗钴铬合金进行冠修复。对于钴铬合金组,将抛光糊剂涂布在其表面,并用机械驱动抛光轮进行精加工。同时,收集正畸患者拔除的12对尖牙(4mm×4mm)作为对照组。对3组样本进行空气喷砂后,使用Rugosimeter评价样本的表面粗糙度。结果:空气喷砂前后3组样本的表面粗糙度之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组及镍铬烤瓷组的表面粗糙度较喷砂前分别提高了1.31和1.88倍(P<0.05),而钴铬合金组在空气喷砂前后其表面粗糙度无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:空气喷砂可增加牙釉质和镍铬烤瓷的表面粗糙度,而钴铬合金在空气喷砂前后表面粗糙度无明显变化,该材料可适用于空气喷砂处理。
Objective:To study the air abrasion on surface roughness of crown restoration with different materials(Ni-Cr porcelain and Co-Cr alloy).Methods:Twelve Ni-Cr porcelain and twelve Co-Cr alloy test specimens were made for crown restoration.For the group of Co-Cr alloy,apolishing paste was applied on the surface and the finishing operation is performed by a mechanically driven polishing wheel.Meanwhile,twelve bicuspids(4mm ×4mm)were collected from patients who underwent orthodontics as control.Air abrasion was applied for three groups.The surface roughness for all specimens was evaluated using Rugosimeter.Results:There were significant differences(P〈0.05)between the surface roughness of the three groups before and after the air abrasion.After air abrasion,the surface roughness of control and Ni-Cr porcelain groups were in-creased by 1.31-folds(P〈0.05)and 1.88-folds(P〈0.05),respectively,but the surface roughness of Co-Cr alloy group did not significantly changed after air abrasion(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Air abrasion can increase the surface roughness of enamel and Ni-Cr porcelain,but not in Co-Cr alloy.Co-Cr alloy was the suitable material for air abrasion.
