摘要 战时重型颅脑伤发生率高,占全身伤总数的10%~20%,死亡率高达35%~60%,居战伤阵亡中首位,是青壮年人群的首要死亡原因[1].目前,有关重型颅脑伤的救治,主要为对继发性脑损害的治疗.颅脑外伤后产生多种细胞和生化反应,主要有免疫细胞的介入和激活、神经元和胶质细胞的死亡、线粒体功能障碍和抑制轴索物质的释放等.过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor,PPAR)是一组配体激活的转录因子受体,尽管不能影响创伤性脑损伤全部的信号,但能影响多条相关的病理过程,如调整免疫细胞、激活代谢和线粒体功能、促进轴索生长并诱导前体细胞向少突胶质细胞的分化等,因此,可以推测PPAR激活物对于颅脑损伤具有一定的神经保护作用.
