摘要
电场测量是电气工程领域的基础研究手段。光电集成电场传感器具有无源、小尺寸、宽频带、动态范围大等优点,能够满足电力工程领域不同场合的电场测量需求。首先介绍了光电集成电场传感器的半波电场、静态偏置点可控性、温度稳定性和湿度稳定性四方面的关键技术问题以及相关解决措施,并提出了未来相关方向的具体研究工作思路及其改进方案。另外就所研制的光电集成电场传感器的线性测量范围、时域响应、频率响应等关键电气特性进行了比较分析。最后,结合近年的工作,介绍了利用所研制光电集成电场传感器在直流、工频、μs级暂态、ns级暂态等典型时域电场中的测量应用。
The measurement of electric field is one of the fundamental research tools in electrical engineering. Integrated optical electric field sensors (IOES) are passive devices and they have such advantages as compact structure, wide-band response and wide measuring range. Therefore, IOES can meet the requirement in different measurement conditions in electrical engineering. Firstly, this paper gives an overview of the development of IOES over the last 30 years. Then, several key technical parameters of IOES are given in detail, including linear measurement range, time and frequency domain response characteristics, etc. Finally, typical applications using IOES are presented, including DC E-field measurement, power frequency E-filed measurement, ixs-order and ns-order transient E-filed measurement.
