摘要
在造纸法再造烟叶的生产过程中,网下白水在循环期间会逐渐滋长微生物,这样循环水在2~3天后会因为变质而不能继续使用。因此,有必要开发出相关技术来抑制循环水中微生物的生长繁殖;在不影响产品质量的前提下,尽可能地延长循环水的利用周期。通过采用臭氧、过氧化氢、紫外线、活性炭、硅藻土、丁香油等方法来处理循环水,发现丁香油在较低浓度下即具有很好的灭菌和降低氨氮含量的效果。因此,采用丁香油处理造纸法再造烟叶的生产循环水具有较好的经济性和实用价值。
In the production of paper-process reconstituted tobacco, microorganisms may propagate gradually during the circulation of white water. Thus the water has to be discarded after circulation of 2 to 3 days owing to degeneration. Therefore, it is necessary to search relevant methods to restrict the propagation of the microorganisms in circulation water and prolong the circulation of white water on the promise of no negative effect on the product. Among the treatment with ozone, hydrogen peroxide, ultraviolet ray, activated carbon, diatomite and clove oil, we find that clove oil, at low concentration, has admirable effect on water regarding microorganism suppression and NH3-N reduction. In conclusion, treatment of the circulation water from the production of paper-process reconstituted tobacco with clove oil is of well economic and practical significance.
