摘要
通过对参赛选手的选拔与培训,以技能竞赛为抓手,使工学结合更加紧密,促进了专业教学理念、教学内容和教学方式的改革,全面提升了学生的知识与技能、社会能力和心理素质。
Through selecting and training the contestants, and taking the skills competition as the starting point, the combination of engineering became closer, the teaching idea and the reforming of teaching content and teaching methods were promoted, and the students＇ knowledge, skills, social ability and psychological quality were improved.
