摘要
基于Fluent仿真软件,并定义了一种突缩系数,对不同气速和不同突缩系数下的油气润滑中油气两相环状流流经突缩管的流动过程进行仿真。通过仿真计算得到了突缩管内的油膜分布图,压降曲线以及速度分布图。
Processes of the two-phase annular flow in the oil-air lubrication system through the sudden contractions in differ-ent velocities of air and different coefficients of sudden contraction have been simulated in this paper in order to study the flowcharacteristics of the annular flow. The distribution of the oil film, the curve of the pressure drop and the distribution of veloci-ty are obtained by simulation.
