摘要 定义了液相分流系数和气相分流系数作为油气润滑系统中油气分配器的分配效果的评价指标.改进了现有油气分配器的结构,即在分配芯的分流界面上添加一组圆弧导流槽和一个导流锥体.建立了现有和改进后油气分配器的流体域模型,利用Fluent软件分别对它们内部流场进行了仿真,并计算了各自液相分流系数和气相分流系数.结果表明,改进后的油气分配器的分配效果明显优于现有油气分配器. Liquid and gas phase diversion coefficients are defined as the indexes to evaluate distribution effects of the oil-gas distributor in the oil-gas lubrication system. The structure of the existing oil and gas distributor is improved by adding a set of diversion circular troughs and a diversion cone in the distribution corC s diversion interface. The fluid domain models of the existing and improved oil and gas distributor are built, and the internal flow field of each is simulated by Fluent software and their liquid phase and gas phase diversion coefficients are calculated respectively. Simulation results show that the improved structure is better.
