摘要
针对传统机械传动压裂车存在的关键零部件被国外垄断、成本高等问题,首次提出并设计了一种基于液压传动的全液压压裂车。即通过发动机-液压泵-液压油缸-输送缸实现传动的方案。且为了更好地满足当今油井对压裂车高压力和大排量的要求,特设计了高、中、低压三种输送缸。这种全新的设计理念和样机尝试,为真正意义上实现压裂车国产化奠定了基础。
Aiming at disadvantages of traditional mechanical transmission fracturing truck, such as the key parts monopolizedby foreign countries, and the high cost, a new type of fracturing truck based on hydraulic transmission is proposed and de-signed firstly in this paper. That is, transmission is completed through engine-hydraulic pump-hydraulic cylinder-deliverycylinder. And in order to meet the requirements of high pressure and large discharge of the fracturing truck, three kinds of de-livery cylinder of high, medium and low pressure are designed respectively. Such new design concept and prototype really laythe foundation of the localization of fracturing truck in China.
